I look after one of the Traveler Services for my company.

Another team looks after another Traveler Service and all the Joiners/Leavers/Movers.

I regularly get users who leave or are moving jobs between our various sites (OU)(Promotions, change of jobs etc) and get issued with new phones by their new departments.

However I am left with an increasing number of Traveler Profiles that I can not remove from the system.

I end up with both

New-device name/newOU/O
Old-device name/oldOU/O

Movers :-
If I try "Security Delete device name/oldOU/O" I get a message 'device' is not a valid device for name/newOU/O'.

Leavers :-
I get the message "failed to resolve user name/OU/O" PLUS 'device' is not a valid device for name/OU/O'

If I ignore the warning message and just delete them from LotusTraveler.nsf, new profiles get created next time the user lists are refreshed.

Is there a correct way to remove these 'rogue?' profiles ??
